It is worth highlighting that it is fully integrated with MICRO AREA products, thus unifying business management with financial, accounting and taxation tasks. Observing its structure, you will deduce that the normal working method of the management of a company has been followed, which makes it simple to use and easily recognisable by the user. It manages clients, suppliers, representatives, purchasing control, sales cycles, stocks and warehouses, collection and payment forecasts, taxation modules, etc...

The product is fully integrated with Maconta or Eoswin, so that both products interact with the entries in the accounting system and can make modifications from there in the management. The user has total control over the databases, being able to edit them according to his needs, with the possibility of generating new reports that the programme operator may require. It has a user control system that allows assigning passwords and permissions, as well as its own data backup system or automatic database repair. The different documents included for each process of the application (budgets, orders, delivery notes and invoices, etc.) can be totally customised.

Client/Server Technology

The new version 5 is based on MS SQL Server or its free MSDE version for database management. Power, security, speed and control are the fundamental advantages of this database. Another important factor is the softwares ability to be used simultaneously by an unlimited number of users and even to be accessed remotely.
